1、 Product Overview:
The disc type microporous aerator is a new type of aeration device developed in the 1980s. The bursting device has small bubble diameter, small gas-liquid interface diameter, large gas-liquid interface area, uniform bubble diffusion, no pore blockage, and strong corrosion resistance. The Qingshuihe sewage oxygenation test was conducted by the School of Environmental Engineering at Tongji University, and has been used by multiple users for many years with good results (higher utilization rate than the rotary mixing aerator, less prone to clogging than the corundum aerator, and 40% increase in processor capacity compared to the perforated aerator). Especially suitable for urban sewage and the construction and expansion of large factories, as well as the renovation of old ponds.
Structural Features
The disc type microporous aerator is designed with a slightly raised arch surface and is mainly made of ABS engineering plastic. The disc aerator membrane has a special imported rubber (EPDM) with an anti adhesion surface, which is made through special processing. The micro porous aerator membrane uses German imported CNC drilling to ensure the quality and accuracy of the holes. The disc aerator is designed with six air supply slots on the main disc surface during oxygen aeration, so that the incoming air is buffered by a check valve and directly sent to the center to ensure that the membrane can be easily opened with low resistance at once. The disc aerator adopts ribbed locking mechanical assembly to ensure that the membrane does not fall off. During air intake, the micro pores on the air film expand and open on their own to ensure the passage of air. When the aeration is stopped, the variable micropores on the gas distribution membrane are in a closed state. Due to the self expansion and contraction of the variable micropores on the gas distribution membrane, the phenomenon of clogging of the micropores on the disc aerator membrane is avoided. Secondly, a check valve device is installed on the chassis of the disc type microporous aerator to prevent the mixed liquid from entering the gas distribution branch pipe when the pipeline system stops supplying gas. This can prevent the mixed liquid from entering the branch pipe and being blocked. The air entering the disc aerator does not require special filtration, and intermittent aeration does not cause blockages. Significant technical improvements have been made to address the common issues of blown and torn membranes, inability to open membranes, or membrane blockages in disc aerators. These technological reforms have eliminated the need for maintenance during long-term operation, making disc aerators a good product.
3、 Product parameters:
Ordinary type on the market
A straight check valve, after long-term use, is prone to sticking with rubber, causing sewage and sludge to flow back into the pipeline, affecting the service life of the fan and uneven aeration. The edge of the thread is thin and prone to breakage, which affects its service life. The nozzle of the aerator is flat, and the rubber ring is exposed on the surface. When installed and tightened, the rubber ring is extremely prone to deformation, causing air leakage.
Aiqin optimized type
Cross shaped check valve, after excellent modification, the check valve can move freely, with good check effect, effectively preventing sludge and sewage from flowing back, not easy to block, and even aeration. Thickening the edge of the thread increases its service life. Optimization of the concave mouth of the aerator, completely wrapping the rubber ring to prevent deformation and air leakage of the rubber ring.
