Porous suspended ball packing, also known as porous rotating spherical suspended packing, is a new series of products developed from various types of packing materials used in domestic wastewater treatment and biofilm treatment technologies. In the biochemical treatment of sewage, it has a full three-dimensional structure, large specific surface area, easy to film, non clogging, easy to generate microorganisms, easy to replace, acid and alkali resistant, anti-aging, not affected by water flow, long service life, less excess sludge, direct delivery, no need to fix, and convenient installation.
● Product features
This filler series is injection molded from polypropylene material and consists of inner and outer double-layer spheres, with a hollow fish mesh sphere on the outside and a rotating sphere on the inside. It mainly serves as a biofilm carrier and also has the function of intercepting suspended solids. This product has the characteristics of strong biological adhesion, large specific surface area, high porosity, good chemical and biological stability, durability, no harmful substances dissolved, no secondary pollution, UV protection, anti-aging, strong hydrophilicity, etc. In the process of use, microorganisms are easy to generate, easy to replace, acid and alkali resistant, anti-aging, not affected by water flow, long service life, less excess sludge, and easy to install.

● Application scope
This filler is suitable for various types of structures in contact oxidation submerged biofilters. This filler has significant effects on various organic chemical wastewater, domestic sewage, urban sewage biological treatment, as well as micro pollution pretreatment and denitrification technology, which are different from other fillers. Suitable for wastewater treatment projects such as high concentration organic wastewater, various industrial wastewater, refinery wastewater, daily chemical wastewater, pharmaceutical wastewater, biological filtration towers, sulfur removal, deodorization, and nitrogen and phosphorus removal of urban domestic sewage.
