The vibrating aerator belongs to the flexible diaphragm type. Each aerator is composed of a corrosion-resistant, high-strength nylon engineering plastic chassis formed by high-pressure injection molding, and a special synthetic rubber diaphragm with a long service life. The lower part of the aerator component is equipped with an air discharge port that can prevent scaling, which can automatically clean between the diaphragm and the chassis. The baffle on the chassis ensures that the air is evenly distributed around. The diaphragm is designed with a true check valve function to ensure that debris and liquid entering the air duct are reduced to a low level when the airflow stops. The protrusions on the chassis cooperate with the specially shaped notches on the diaphragm to reduce the loss of high-pressure air on the diaphragm. All cross lines of the chassis have appropriate radii to eliminate fatigue fracture and external stress fracture under all usage loads
