The main characteristics are large wet perimeter, small hydraulic radius, good laminar flow state, and particle sedimentation is not affected by coagulation water flow interference.
Straight pipes are used for tower biofilters, high load biofilters, submerged biofilters (also known as contact oxidation tanks), and microbial carriers for biological turntables. They are mainly used for biochemical treatment of industrial organic wastewater and urban sewage, with higher treatment efficiency than activated sludge tanks and smaller land area; The aeration intensity is lower than that of activated sludge and there is no need for sludge reflux; The small amount of sludge and strong adaptability greatly reduce the processing workload after sludge dewatering.
1、 Installation
1. Installation of sediment discharge pipe at the bottom of sedimentation tank
The installation sequence of the inclined sedimentation tank generally starts from the bottom, and the installation of the bottom discharge pipeline system is completed first to ensure that the opening of the discharge pipeline meets the design requirements, is firmly fixed, and checked for accuracy before entering the next installation process.
2. Complete the installation of the packing bracket
According to the installation construction drawing of the inclined tube sedimentation tank packing support, first install the packing support in place, check that all welding nodes are secure, that the support strength is sufficient to withstand the weight of the packing, and complete anti-corrosion treatment on the surface of the support;
3. Complete the hot welding of inclined pipe packing
According to the hot stamping method of the inclined tube packing, each inclined tube packing is packaged as a separate hot stamping unit. After the hot stamping is completed, each unit is 1m2. After the hot stamping is completed, it is neatly stacked on the site (with a small amount of loose pieces reserved for future use).
4. Assembly of inclined tube packing pool
Assemble the hot pressed packing unit from left to right on the upper part of the packing bracket. Always maintain a constant angle of 60 °, and when assembling each unit in sequence, it should be appropriately compressed. If the size is not exactly suitable when assembling to the far right, it is necessary to use loose sheet inclined tube filling to heat weld according to the size before assembling until it is fully in place.
5. Upper fixing of inclined pipe packing
Due to the fact that the specific gravity of the inclined pipe packing is 0.92, which is slightly lower than that of water, after the inclined pipe packing is assembled in the tank, a 10mm round steel needs to be pulled from left to right above the packing for reinforcement (two round steel are required to pass through the upper part of each unit packing). The two ends of the round steel are reliably fixed on the sedimentation tank wall. After installing the round steel, it can effectively prevent the possible loosening and floating phenomenon of the inclined pipe packing during initial use. The round steel is anti-corrosion with epoxy coal tar.
6. Operation and commissioning of inclined tube sedimentation tank
(1) Check if the inflow is uniform and not cause any impact on the sedimentation tank, which may affect the sedimentation effect;
(2) Adjust the height and levelness of the water outlet weir to be appropriate, and maintain uniform water discharge;
(3) After the above construction procedures, the installation of the filling material for the inclined pipe sedimentation tank has been completed. After normal use, it is necessary to determine the sludge discharge cycle based on the concentration of suspended solids in the inflow, pay attention to timely sludge discharge, and ensure that the inclined tube sedimentation tank always maintains good operating conditions and satisfactory effluent quality.
2、 Precautions
1. Pay attention to personal safety and prevent burns and electric shock when hot connecting the contact points;
2. The hot welding operation requires at least two people to be present, assist each other, and cooperate with the operation;
3. The hot welding operation must be carried out in an open area, and there must be a guardian during construction;
4. There must be no flammable materials on the hot welding site, and fire-fighting facilities must be present;
5. In case of accidents, report them in a timely manner, and call the police in case of emergencies.

3、 Main features:

3. When the length of the inclined pipe is 1 meter, the effective load is designed at 3-5 tons per square meter per hour. VO is controlled within the range of 2.5-3.0 millimeters per second for optimal effluent quality.
4. At the water intake, fiberglass honeycomb inclined pipes with a length of 2-3.0 meters can be used for safe operation and treatment in high turbidity environments with a mud and sand content of 50-100 kg/m3.
5. The use of inclined tube sedimentation tanks has a processing capacity that is 3-5 times that of horizontal sedimentation tanks, and 2 times that of accelerated clarification tanks and pulse clarification tanks. It is the most widely used and mature water treatment device in water drainage engineering.
6. The honeycomb inclined tube is formed in one go during the manufacturing process, with a smooth surface and distinct edges. A 60 ° edge cutting machine is used to cut the edges, increasing the precision of the inclined tube and reducing the amount of subsequent installation work. It is more convenient and efficient in use, greatly improving processing efficiency.
